Some of our treatments start with a quick consultation or patch test — it’s how we get you the safest, best results.
What it is
A consultation is a relaxed chat about what you’d like, your skin or nails, and the right treatment plan for you. For laser hair removal, tints and some lash treatments a patch test is required 24–48 hours beforehand, and CACI and Million Dollar courses begin with a skin assessment.
Who it’s for
Anyone new to us or to a treatment, booking laser, tints or lashes, or wanting expert advice before committing — with no obligation to book.
